Terms of Service and Sale

Chansova is an online service that creates songs with artificial intelligence tools, from what you provide: a dedication for someone, a free idea, your own lyrics, the description of an instrumental, or a recording you upload to rework in another style. Chansova also lets you create short videos (Shorts) and discover songs published by the community in Explore. These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of Notes, the credit used to create songs.

As of this writing, Chansova is published by its founder as an individual, without a registered legal entity. This page will be updated with the company name and registration number once a company has been formally set up. For any question, write to contact@chansova.com.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Account data, order data, and generated files are hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase.

You sign in with your phone number (a code sent by SMS) or with a Google account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your phone or Google account private, since they're the only way to recover access to your Chansova account.

Each creation costs a number of Notes shown on the recap before you confirm. Notes are bought in packs, with no subscription; the content and price of packs are those shown on the site at the time of purchase.

Creating a Short from an already generated song is not charged in Notes. Prices are shown in FCFA, all taxes included where applicable, and may change; the price applied is the one shown at the time of purchase. A promo code applies within the limits set for that code (duration, eligible packs, total and per-customer number of uses); if it is accepted but the payment does not go through, the use is returned to you. Payment is processed by FedaPay (Mobile Money or card): Chansova never stores card or Mobile Money details.

A song is usually delivered within a few minutes as two versions, available in My Music. These delays depend on third-party providers and are not guaranteed. If a creation fails for a technical reason, or if your text or recording is refused by moderation (section 8), the corresponding Notes are automatically credited back; a refused or failed free preview is not counted as used.

To try the service, an account signed in with a phone number can create a first song without Notes: it is generated in full, but only a preview of about 30 seconds can be played. This trial is limited to one per phone number. You can unlock the full song by buying Notes; until it is unlocked, it stays private and cannot be downloaded, published or turned into a Short.

Purchased Notes remain valid with no time limit on the associated account. Once a song has been generated successfully, the service is considered delivered and the Notes used are not refundable: it is personalized digital content, created specifically from what you provided, not a standard product. Only a technical failure or a moderation refusal leads to an automatic Notes credit, as described in section 5. For any dispute about an order, contact us at contact@chansova.com.

You alone are responsible for the texts, names, lyrics and recordings you submit. Forbidden: sexually explicit, hateful, violent, threatening, defamatory or insulting content; any content sexualizing or endangering a minor; impersonating someone; and any infringement of a third party's rights (privacy, image rights, copyright) without their consent. An automatic filter and the music provider's moderation may refuse a creation; your Notes are then returned. By uploading a recording, you declare that you hold its rights (your voice, your composition, or permission); an existing protected work is refused. Chansova may remove content or suspend an account in case of abusive or unlawful use of the service.

By default, a created song is public: it appears in Explore, visible to everyone including visitors without an account, and stays reachable through its share link. You can turn publication off on the recap before starting the creation, and make a song private at any time from its page; it then disappears from Explore and its share link stops working (copies already downloaded or shared by others are beyond our control).

Public: the title, style, occasion or type of creation, audio, cover, Short and counters (plays, likes, shares). Never public: your identity, your phone number, and the text you typed to create the song. Note that the sung lyrics may include names or details from your story; publish knowingly. Visitors can listen to, like (with an account), share and report a public song. Chansova may remove from Explore a reported song or one that breaches these terms; it can then no longer be republished but remains available to you.

By publishing a song, you grant Chansova, free of charge and non-exclusively, the right to host, stream and display it on the site and in Explore, for as long as it is published. This permission ends when you make it private or delete it.

Once generated, you may listen to, download, share and use your song and its Shorts for personal purposes (sending it to a loved one, WhatsApp status, social media). Chansova claims no commercial exploitation rights over the songs you create. Since songs are produced by artificial intelligence tools, a coincidental resemblance to an existing work cannot be fully excluded.

Chansova does its best to keep the service available and reliable, but can't guarantee uninterrupted, continuous availability, particularly during maintenance or an incident at a third-party technical provider.

Any user can apply to join the program from their dashboard; Chansova freely approves or rejects applications. An approved influencer gets a personal code and link. People who create their account through that link get a discount on their Notes purchases (not combinable with a promo code), and the influencer earns a commission on the amounts they pay; current rates are shown in their space. A refunded order cancels the related commission, and influencers earn nothing on their own purchases. Earnings can be withdrawn via Mobile Money above a minimum amount, or converted into Notes. Chansova may suspend an influencer for abuse (fake sign-ups, spam, misleading advertising); their earnings then stop accruing.

These terms may change over time; the update date at the top of the page is what counts. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
